PZ-21-14, 2806 Briarwood Drive West, Andrew Kalinowski 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (OVERALL LOT COVERAGE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2806 BRIARWOOD DRIVE WEST, MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance grants a Variation for overall lot coverage for the property located at 2806 Briarwood Drive West. The Planning and Zoning Commission denied the request at the July 24, 2014 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting by a 0-7 vote. The Petitioner is appealing the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission and requesting Village Board approval. Village Board approval requires a super By a vote of 6-0 at the September 16, 2014 the Village Board majority vote. continueddeferral of this item until such time as staff have completed additional research of the subject property and the request for variation for overall lot coverage. PZ-29-14, 1 Hatlen Avenue, Krzysztof and Marzena Dolubizno st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (REAR YARD (ExhibitB) SETBACK) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1 HATLEN AVENUE This ordinance grants a Variation (Rear Yard Setback) for property located at 1 Hatlen Avenue. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request by a 6-1 vote. B. PZ-30-14, 2021 Tano Lane, Guillermo Garcia st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (FRONT YARD (Exhibit C) SETBACK) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2021 TANO LANE This ordinance grants a Variation (Front Yard Setback) for property located at 2021 Tano Lane. PZ-24-14, 200 West Northwest Highway, LRA Equities, LLC st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A DRIVE- (Exhibit D) THROUGH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED 200 WEST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY This ordinance grants a Conditional Use for A Drive-Through for property located at 200 West Northwest Highway. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request for Conditional Use by a 4-3 vote. * D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS (Exhibit E) PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance allows for the sale of personal property at Lake County Scrap, XII . ROAD SALT A. Motion to accept State of Illinois bid for 2014/2015 contract in an amount not to exceed $409,266. COMBINED SEWER SYSTEM EVALUATION STUDY B. Motion to accept proposal for in an amount not to exceed $112,400. SUPER MIX ANTI-ICING FLUID C. Motion to accept bid for the purchase of in an amount not to exceed $44,200. STUMP REMOVAL D.
