THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance deletes a Class XX (License with Special
Conditions) and creates a Class E (Caterer's License) for
Mr. Peter's Banquets. 1018 Mount Prospect Plaza. (Exhibit A)

A. ZBA 7-V-96, 121 S. Edward Street
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 121 SOUTH EDWARD STREET
This Ordinance grants a variation to reduce the rear yard
setback from 25 feet to 12 feet, six inches. The Zoning Board
of Appeals recommended approval of the variation by a vote of 4-2. (Exhibit B)
B. ZBA 3-CU-96, U.S. Robotics, 1800 West Central Road
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE IN THE NATURE OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
This Ordinance grants a PUD for U.S. Robotics. The Zoning
Board of Appeals has recommended granting this request by
a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit C)
C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance authorizes the placement of YIELD signs on
Main Street at Sha Bonee Trail (Exhibit D)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. Plaza United Plat of Resubdivision
The Petitioner is requesting approval of a Plat of Resubdivision
to create two lots of record from Lot 1 in the Plaza United
Subdivision, The Plan Commission has voted 7-0 for approval
of this Plat.
X. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Bid results:
1. 1996 Street Reconstruction Program
B. Accept proposal for Well 11 (Mount Prospect Park
District Golf Course) maintenance
