THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Section 14.604, Land Use Table 2
Street Parking Requirements
(Zoning) of the Mount Prospect Village Code. The Planning and Zoning
Commission recommended approval by a 7-0 vote.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE FOR A FINAL (Exhibit B)
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, CONDITIONAL USE FOR A DRIVE-THROUGH
ESTABLISHMENT AND VARIATION TO THE OVERALL LOT COVERAGE FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 990-1145 MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA, 940-950
EAST RAND ROAD AND 1200-1220 EAST CENTRAL ROAD
This ordinance grants 1) Conditional Uses for Final Planned Unit Development and
Drive-Through Establishment and 2) Variation to the Overall Lot Coverage for
Property located at 990-1145 Mount Prospect Plaza, 940-950 East Rand Road and
1200-1220 East Central Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
approval by a 7-0 vote.

C. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2014 ACTION PLAN INCLUDING THE FISCAL (Exhibit C)
YEAR 2014 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ENTITLEMENT
PROGRAM
This resolution establishes CDBG funding allocations for the 2014 fiscal year. The
Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the 2014 Action Plan
by a 6-0 vote.
