PZ 05-14, 999 North Elmhurst Road, Randhurst Village st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE (Exhibit B) TO AMEND THE SPECIAL USE FOR LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT SIGNS GRANTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 5705 AND AMENDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 5874 AND ORDINANCE NO. 5821 AND GRANTS VARIATIONS FOR THE RANDHURST VILLAGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS. This ordinance amends the Special Use for Large Scale Development Signs for property located at 999 North Elmhurst Road to allow for replacement of one (1) free standing sign, and to add one (1) new wall sign and one (1) new freestanding sign and variations for an electronic message center. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment and variations by a vote of 4-2. The Village Board approved deferral of this item from the April 1, 2014 Village Board meeting to the April 15, 2014 Village Board meeting by a vote of 6-0. XI.NEW BUSINESS A. PZ-04-14, 122 South Wille Street, Kim Residence st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT CONDITIONAL USE, TO ALLOW (ExhibitC) DWELLING UNIT ON GROUND FLOOR FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 122 SOUTH WILLE STREET This ordinance grants Conditional Use, to allow a dwelling unit on the ground floor For the property located at 122 South Wille Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Conditional Use by a vote of 6-0. st B. 1reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE (Exhibit D) VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. to prohibit parking at all times along the north side of Walnut Street between Prospect Manor and Ridge Avenue. The Transportation Safety Commission recommended approval by a vote of 8-0. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF LICENSE (Exhibit G) MARKET This resolu sponsored by the Lions Club in the west commuter parking lot; June 8 October 19, 2014. * F. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF LICENSE (ExhibitH) WITH THE DOWNTOWN MOUNT PROSPECT MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION (DMA) TO CONDUCT WEEKLY CAR SHOWS This resolution provides for the continuation of the popular car shows sponsored by the DMA in the west commuter parking lot; May 17 September 27, 2014.
