ZBA 14-CU-95, Stimsonite Corporation, 800 Biermann Court At the request of the Petitioner, the request for a Conditional Use to allow a plastic processing facility has been withdrawn. IX. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 16-CU-95, 209 S. Pine Street The Petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use to allow a circular driveway. By a vote of 7-0, the Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting the request. B. ZBA 18-V-95, 520 East Northwest HighwaY The Petitioner is requesting a variation to reduce the number of required parking spaces from 9 to 3. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 7-0. C. Recommendation of the Safety Commission: 1. Request for parking restrictions on Weller Lane south of Central Road. The Safety Commission recommended creating a Loading Zone between a point 520 feet and 680 feet south of Central Road and prohibiting parking on the east side of Weller Lane between Busse Avenue and Cleven Avenue. D. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS This Resolution appropriates $14,859.62 from Motor Fuel Tax Funds for resurfacing and related improvements of Maple Street between Northwest Highway and Central Road. (Exhibit B) E. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS This Resolution appropriates $489.89 from Motor Fuel Tax Funds for pavement improvements on various streets within the Village. (Exhibit C) F. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS This Resolution appropriates $938.00 from Motor Fuel Tax Funds for curb and sidewalk improvements on Evergreen Avenue between Elmhurst Avenue and Route 83. (Exhibit D) G. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETVVEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ROADWAY MAINTENANCE FOR 1996 (Exhibit E) X.
