1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 209 SOUTH PINE STREET
This Ordinance grants a Conditional Use to allow a circular
driveway. By a vote of 7-0, the Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting the request. (Exhibit A)
B. ZBA 18-V-95, 524 East Northwest Highway
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 524 EAST NORTHWEST
HIGHWAY
This Ordinance grants a variation to reduce the number of
required parking spaces from 9 to 3, The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit B)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. Recommendation of the Safety Commission:
1. Request to change the parking restrictions on Weller Lane
south of Central Road. The Safety Commission recommended
creating a Loading Zone between a point 520 feet and
680 feet south of Central Road and prohibiting parking on
the east side of Weiler Lane between Busse Avenue and
Cleven Avenue.
B. PUBLIC HEARING
This Public Hearing, celled pursuant to proper legal notice having
been published in the Mount Prospect Herald on January 1, 1996, is
for the purpose of vaceting the original unimproved Ojibwa Trail and
Go Wando Avenue, dedicated many years ago.

2. Plat of Vacetion
AUthorize Mayor to sign and Clerk to attest his signature
on the Plat of Vacetion for Ojibwa Trail
3. Plat of Dedicetion
Authorize Mayor to sign and Clerk to attest his signature
on the Plat of Dedicetion for Ojibwa Trail ~ ~,
C. Accept public and private improvements installed in conjunction
with the Nipper Resubdivision, 1216 and 1218 Cardinal Lane
