A. Work through white board ideas from November meeting
1. Is the idea one we would like to use?
2. Would it fit well into our yearly themes of Diversity (2015), History (2016) and Celebration
(2016) and when would we do it?
3. Would it raise funds to help pay for the entire celebration?
4. Would it further communication about the anniversary (ie. public art, logo on water tower,
white lights, banners etc.)

collection of photos, video reminiscences of residents, re-enactment of the signing of the
papers of incorporation etc.)
6. Is anyone interested enough in the activity to spearhead it?
7. Is it affordable?
8. Any other criteria we should use?
B. Incorporating the events and activities of other clubs, organizations and village departments
1. When and how should we get out the word to other entities about our plans and themes
and encourage them to key their annual (or special) events into the Centennial calendar?
2. Invite them to an evening meeting? Send a comprehensive letter?
