PROCLAMATION: The Mount Prospect Historical Society and the Village take this opportunity to honor Dolores Haugh, who has announced her retirement, for her years of community involvement. B. PRESENTATION: Appreciation to civic organizations and businesses for participation in the "Family Fun Nites" C. I st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance grants a Class "W" liquor license (beer and wine served at the table only) to Frankie's, 720 East Rand Road. (Exhibit A) D. Appointments VII. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD VIII. OLD BUSINESS IX. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 15-CU-95, Text Amendment The Village administration proposes amending the Zoning Ordinance relative to the parking of commercial vehicles in residential zoning districts. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting the text amendments by a vote of 4-0. B. Ratify emergency action taken by the Village Manager authorizing the installation of traffic regulation signs around Lions Park School. C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE (CHAPTER 18) This Ordinance eStablishes traffic regulations for streets around Lions Park School. The Safety Commission recommended the regulations contained in this Ordinance. (Exhibit B) D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance clarifies the powers of the Budget Officer as it pertains .to budget transfers. (Exhibit C) E. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE ThiS Ordinance formally acknowledges receipt of real estate donated !o the Village by the Rauenhourst Corporation. (Exhibit D) F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 ENTITLED "BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance authorizes the Mayor to appoint the Chairman to Boards and commissions and limits the term of a Chairman to two consecutive terms. (Exhibit E) G. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) This Ordinance amends the Traffic Code to reflect the recent realignment of the intersection of Aztec/Oneida/Seneca, which requires some changes in STOP signs.
