A. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO DRAW ON THE LETTER
OF CREDIT OF TELENOIS, INC.
This Resolution authorizes the Village to draw on the Letter of
of Credit of TCI due to non-compliance with the Franchise
Agreement, which requires a production facility be provided. (Exhibit A)
B. ZBA 18-96, TCI of Illinois, 1201 Feehanville Drive
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 FEEHANVlLLE DRIVE.
The Petitioner is requesting a variation to increase the number
of satellite dishes from one to eight. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit B)
C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends the Traffic Code to provide for a 3-way
STOP at Busse and Can Dota Avenues. The Safety Commission
recommended this amendment by a vote of 8-0. (Exhibit C)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. A RESOLUTION TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNTS OF MONEY
ESTIMATED TO BE NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY
TAXATION BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT UPON
THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE FOR THE
YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1996
This Resolution establishes the amount to be extended in the
1996 property tax levy, payable in 1997. (Exhibit D)
B. 1st reading of A RESOLUTION REGARD*lNG THE RELEASE OF
CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
This Resolution lists the dates of Closed Session minutes and
whether the minutes can be released from confidential status. (Exhibit E)
C. Discussion regarding proposed amendment to Zoning
Code amendments regarding fence regulations in light of
wind storm damage to properties abutting the Wisconsin
Central Railroad tracks.
