Request from the new owners of Mount Prospect Liquors, 16 - 20 North Main Street, to continue operation under the existing Class"C" liquor license. B. Appointments VII. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD VIII. OLD BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO DRAW ON THE LETTER OF CREDIT OF TELENOIS, INC: This Resolution authorizes the Village to draw on the Letter of of Credit of TCI due to non-compliance with the Franchise Agreement, which requires a production facility be provided. (Exhibit A) B. ZBA 18-96, TCl of Illinois, 1201 Feehanville Drive 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 FEEHANVILLE DRIVE. The Petitioner is requesting a variation to increase the number of satellite dishes from one to eight. The.Zoning Board of Appeals reCOmmended granting this request by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit B) IX. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 14-CU-95, 832 River Road, Sedano Landscaping The Petitioner is requesting a text amendment to permit a landscaping business in an R-1 District as a Conditional Use and a Conditional Use to permit an existing landscaping business to remain. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denying these requests by a vote of 7-0. B. APPEAL FROM DECISION OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS ZBA 19-96, 1451 West Lincoln Street The Petitioner requested a variation to permit a fence to be constructed in front of the principal building in the exterior sideyard, which abuts Busse Road. The Zoning Board of Appeals, which is final in all cases dealing with fences, recommended granting the request by a vote of 7-0. A resident, Richard Hendricks, has filed an appeal from this decision based . on his objection to the Zoning Board of Appeals being final in any instance. C. ZBA 20-96, 900 North Wolf Road, Northwest Assembly of God Church The Petitioner is requesting their property located immediately west of the church, to be rezoned from C-R to R-X and variations to allow setbacks. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these requests by a vote of 7-0. D. Accept improvements installed in conjunction with the Elmhurst Place Subdivision, generally located at Elmhurst Road between Meadow and Oxford Lane. E. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1997 TO DECEMBER 31, 1997 IN LIEU OF PASSAGE OF AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE (Exhibit C) F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO ABATE A PART OF THE TAXES LEVIED FOR CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1996 (Exhibit D) G. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO ABATE A PART OF THE TAXES LEVIED FOR UNLIMITED TAX BONDS OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER ONE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1996 (Exhibit E) H. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR THE CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1996 (Exhibit F) I. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR THE MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER ONE, SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER FIVE AND SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER SIX OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1996 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1996 (Exhibit G) X.
