~ - E:) In order to obtain timely compliance, this Resolution
~- '-' will authorize the Village to draw on the Letter of Credit
of TCl relative to providing a production facility in the
Village. (Exhibit A)
B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND TCl
RELATIVE TO PROVIDING A PUBLIC ACCESS STUDIO
This Resolution authorizes the Village to enter into an
Agreement with TCI guaranteeing a public access studio
will be provided in the Village. The Agreement will be
distributed prior to the Board meeting. (Exhibit B)

1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance rezones a portion of the church
property from a C-R to R-X District. The Zoning
Board of Appeals recommended granting this
rezoning by a vote of 7-0 (Exhibit C)
2. 1 st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING
VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE NORTHWEST ASSEMBLY OF
GOD CHURCH, LOCATED AT 900 N. WOLF ROAD
This Ordinance grants variations relative to
setbacks for the church building and the parking lot.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
granting these variations by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit D)
3. Northwest Assembly of God Church Plat of Subdivision
The Plan Commission reviewed the proposed
consolidation of the subject property and recommended
approving this plat of subdivision.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
This Public Hearing, called pursuant to proper legal
notice having been published on December 6, 1996,
is for the purpose of presenting the annual budget for
the Village of Mount Prospect for fiscal year 1997
and the property tax levy for 1996.
