(HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES) FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 600 SEE GWUN AVENUE
his ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to install accessory

structures (safety nets) greater than thirty feet in height for property
located at 600 See Gwun Avenue. The Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended denial by a 0-6 vote.
This ordinance requires a super
majority vote for approval.
PUBLIC HEARING
This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published
in the Daily Herald on December 6, 2013, for the purpose of presenting the
proposed 2014 Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending
December 31, 2014.

This ordinance makes changes to the Village Code related to regulations for
sidewalk and portable signs. The Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended approval of the changes by a 7-0 vote.
