OLD BUSINESS
A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 (OFFENSES
AND MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS), ARTICLE XXI, OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance outlines policy, procedures, and penalties for the collection
of abandoned shopping carts. (This ordinance was deferred from the
February 3,2004 Village Board meeting).

PZ-03-04, 501 db Drive, Niagara Educational Services
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5363
GRANTING ACONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 501 db DRIVE
This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5363 (8/19/03) by allowing for an
increased number of guest rooms, and extended hours of operation, at
the community center. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval, with conditions, by a vote of 4-3.

NEW BUSINESS
A. 151 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.413,
"USE OF WELLS" OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance prohibits the use of groundwater as a potable water supply, by
the installation or use of potable water supply wells, or by any other method.

* A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE RELEASE OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
This resolution allows certain Closed Session minutes, having been approved
by the Village Board, to be released for public viewing. .
C.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND TUCCIO'S ITALIAN
RESTAURANT
This lease agreement would allow Tuccio's Italian Restaurant to operate
a satellite restaurant facility at the downtown commuter train station.

* A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 115 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD
This plat establishes a public right-of-way for private property as required
by the Village Code.

* A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 303 AND 305 DOUGLAS AVENUE
This plat grants an easement to allow the Village access to the emergency
water service valves at 303 and 305 Douglas Avenue.
