AN ORDINANCE AJ'vŒNDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
¡ MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
I," WHEREAS. the Pre,idert! and Board of Tru,!ees of the V'¡¡ege of Moun! P""pect hev
; determined that it would be in the best interest of the residents of the Village to
II reduce the licen,e fee for p",senger vehicle, to Ten Dollars ($10,00) end for
I motorcycles and other motor driven cycles to Seven Dollars ($7.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: '
SECTION ONE: Section 17 .103A of Article I of Chapter 17 of the J\lunicipal Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby. amended by
I deleting therefrom the amount $15.00 as it appears in said Section under the
I column headed "Annual License Fee" and substituting therefor the amount $10.00
I; under said column in said Section so that said Section 17.1 03A shall hereafter
' be and read as follows:
. "A. First division vehicles, exlcuding motorcycles, motor
driven cycles and motor bicycles:

SECTION TWO: Section 17 .103B of Article I of Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting
therefrom the amount $10.00 as it appears in said Section under the column headed
I "Annual License Fee" and substituting therefor the amount $7.00 under said column
in said Section so that said Section 17 .103B shall hereafter be and read as follows:

I SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval. and publication in the manner provided by law.
