1reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2424, RELATIVE (Exhibit A)
TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) AND
VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 475 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
This ordinance amends the Planned Unit Development being the subject of
Ordinance No. 2424, by granting variations for lot coverage, open space and
fence area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the
request to amend Ordinance No. 2424 by a 4-1 vote.

1reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR (SETBACK, (Exhibit B)
HEIGHT, ROOF PITCH) OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 900 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE
This ordinance grants Variations for building height, roof pitch and setback of
an accessory structure for property located at 900 Business Center Drive. The
Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request for
variations by a 5-0 vote.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5692 GRANTING (Exhibit C)
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 309-317 WEST PROSPECT AVENUE, TO APPROVE AN EXTENSION OF
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5692 by extending the Conditional Use
permit for an additional two (2) years from the date of adoption of this amending
ordinance.
XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to reject bid received for the purchase of one (1) new
walk-in step van.
B. Request Village Board approval of agreement between the Mount Prospect
Firefighters Union Local 4119 International Association of Firefighters and the
January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015.
