RESOLUTION NO. 47-03
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 901 EDGEWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Larry McKone, has requested approval of a Final Plat of Resubdivision
for the purpose of subdividing one lot to create two lots of record at 901 Edgewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the
resubdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the resubdivision of one lot of record into two lots of record is hereby granted
for the property at 901 Edgewood Lane Final Plat of Resubdivision attached to this as Exhibit '%" is
hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are
incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy
of this Resolution with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption,
approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
