A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION,
TITLED "DUNN SUBDIVISION II,"
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10 MARCELLA ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Patrick C. Dunn (Petitioner) has requested approval of a Plat of Subdivision for the
purpose of creating two (2) lots of record and granting the required easements along the property
lines, as legally described in Exhibit "A "; and
WHEREAS, the plat creates two (2) lots of record and dedicates five feet (6) wide public utility and
drainage easements along the side property lines and ten feet (10') wide public utility and drainage
easements along the rear property lines of the two (2) lots of record; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACTING IN THE EXERCISE
OF THEIR HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE That the Plat of Subdivision creating two (2) lots of record and granting the
required public utility and drainage easements along property lines for property located at 10
Marcella Road, attached as Exhibit "A," is hereby approved for appropriate execution and
recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Juracek, Korn, Matuszak, Polit, Zadel
NAYS: None
