Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Those present included Chairman Vince Grochocinski and Commissioners Pam Bazan, Wayne Gardner, John Kellerhals, Don Ocwieja, Tom Pekras and Ann Smilanic. Also present was Deputy Finance Director Lynn Jarog. II. Approval of Minutes October 27, 2011 - Commissioner Tom Pekras moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Pam Bazan seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented. November 3, 2011 - Commissioner John Kellerhals moved to accept the minutes. Commissioner Tom Pekras seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented. March 22, 2012 - Commissioner Ann Smilanic moved to accept the minutes. Commissioner Tom Pekras seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented. April 24, 2012 - The minutes were identical to those approved by the Village Board from the Joint Financial Planning Workshop. Commissioner Ann Smilanic moved to accept the minutes. Commissioner Tom Pekras seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented. III. Citizens to be Heard There were no citizens to be heard. IV. Old Business There was no old business. V. New Business Deputy Finance Director Lynn Jarog presented some comments regarding the Joint Financial Workshop with the Village Board. VI. Other Business No was no other business. VII. Chairman's Report There was nothing to report. VIII. Finance Director's Report There was nothing to report. IX. Next Meeting: June 21, 2012 The next meeting will be Thursday, June 21, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, I" Floor Community Center. X. Adjournment Commissioner Wayne Gardner motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Tom Pekras seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m. Commissioners opened a special meeting to participate in the Open Meetings Act Workshop.
