Busse called the meeting to order at 5:58 p.m. Roll Call: George Busse, Chairman James Powers, Commissioner Michaele Skowron, Commissioner Mark Busse, Commissioner Also Present: Chris Truty, Deputy Fire Chief Dane Phenegar, Battalion Chief Phone 647/670 -5656 The purpose of the meeting was to conduct Fire Department new -hire oral interviews. Chairman G. Busse asked for a motion to go into Closed Session - Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1). A Motion was made by Commissioner Powers and Seconded by Commissioner Skowron to go into Closed Session for the purpose of oral interviews at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call: Ayes: G. Busse, Powers, Skowron, and M. Busse Nays: None Motion Carried The Board reconvened with everyone present at 11:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Skowron and seconded by Commissioner Powers to adjourn at 11:02 p.m. G.Busse, Powers, Skowron, and M.
