OLD BUSINESS
A. PZ-35-03, 1105 S. Beechwood Drive, Residence
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1105 SOUTH BEECHWOOD DRIVE
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a circular driveway.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial of the
request by a vote of 7-0 (At the petitioner's request, this item was deferred
from the October 7 and October 21, 2003 Village Board meetings).
PZ-13-03, Village of Mount Prospect, Text Amendment
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Sections 14.314 and 14.2219 of the Village Code,
which address outdoor and parking lot lighting. The Planning and Zoning
Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.
(At staff's request, this case was deferred from the October 21,2003
Village Board meeting.)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1601-1639 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a commercial development
including a bank with drive-thru lanes, a fast-food restaurant with one drive-thru
lane, and an office building. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval of the ordinance, with certain conditions, by a vote of 5-0.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends the Code by establishing an additional category of
individuals exempt from purchasing vehicle stickers and it deletes the vehicle
storage provision.
