A. PZ-35-03, 1105 S. Beechwood Drive, Residence
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1105 SOUTH BEECHWOOD DRIVE
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a circular driveway.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial of the
request by a vote of 7-0 (At the petitioner's request, this item was deferred
from the October 7, 2003 Village Board meeting).
PZ-13-03, Village of Mount Prospect, Text Amendment
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PRSOPECT
This ordinance amends Sections 14.314 and 14.2219 of the Village Code,
which address outdoor and parking lot lighting. The Planning and Zoning
Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.
(Staff is requesting this item be deferred to the November 4, 2003
Village Board meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS
A. ~A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This annual agreement, required by Court Order, authorizes the Village to
provide emergency services to those portions of unincorporated Cook County
located within the Forest River Fire Protection District.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3147 FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM,
AND STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This ordinance eliminates the current requirement that all loans granted under
the Single Family Rehabilitation Program must be repaid within twenty (20) years.
