2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 902 SUMAC LANE
This ordinance grants a Variation to locate a shed within the required five-foot (5')
Setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval
by a vote of 7-0. (By request of the petitioner this request has been withdrawn)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1105 SOUTH BEECHWOOD DRIVE
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a circular driveway.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial of the
request by a vote of 7-0.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 102 NORTH FAIRVIEW AVENUE
This ordinance allows the construction of an unenclosed porch encroaching
within the front yard setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.

PZ 13-03, Village of Mount Prospect, Text Amendment
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE VILLAGE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PRSOPECT
This ordinance amends Sections 14.314 and 14.2219 of the code, which address
outdoor and parking lot lighting. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance approved No Parking 10am-1 lam and lpm-2pm for sections of
Dale Ave., MacArthur Blvd., Oak Ave., Isabella St., Forest Ave. and Oriole Ln.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Section 18.1103 - Motorized Skateboards of the village code.
