ORDINANCE NO. 3034
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIFIED VARIATIONS
FOR PROPERTY AT 902 EDGEWOOD LANE
HEREAS, Donald Beilgard (who shall be referred to as "Petitioner") is
he owner of a parcel of property located at 902 Edgewood Lane in the
.llage of Mount Prospect, County of Cook, State of Illinois (herein-
[ter referred to as the "Subject Property"); and
{EREAS, the Subject Property is legally described as follows:
Lot Fifteen (15) in Busse Country Estates, being
a Subdivision of the West 25 acres of that part
of the West Half (1/2) of the Northwest Quarte~
(1/4) of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range tl,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying
North of Seeger's Road, in Cook County, Illinois;
tEREAS, the Subject Property is located in the R-X Single Family Residence
~istrict under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
[ount Prospect (hereinafter referred to as the "Zoning Ordinance"); and
~EREAS, Petitioner has heretofore filed an application seeking the
'ollowing variation from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance:
A variation from Section 14.1001.B.4. of Article X of the
Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a
detached 3-car garage on the Subject Property as shown
on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference;
KqEREAS, a public hearing was held on the Petitioner's request for the
aforesaid variation, which request is known as ZBA-27-V-80, before the
Eoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect on June 26, 1980,
pursuant to proper public notice published in the Mount Prospect Herald
Dn June 5, 1980; and
~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended to the Building Committee
Df the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that Petitioner's
~equest for the aforesaid variation., ZBA-27-V-80, be granted; and
~HEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have considered the Petitioner's
~equest and reviewed the recommendation of the Village of Mount Prospect
Zoning Board of Appeals in ZBA-27-V-80; and
~HEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
Dave determined that with respect to the Petitioner's requested variation,
that Petitioner has satisfied the standards for the grant of variations set
forth in Section 14.605 of Article VI of 'the Zoning Ordinance and find that
it would be in the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect to grant
Petitioner the requested variation subject to the condition that the
attached 2-car garage presently located on the Subject Property be
converted into living space.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION ONE: The recitals set forth herinabove are incorporated herein as
findings of fact by the President and B6ard of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect.

~TION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Dspect hereby grant the following variation subject to the condition set
~th in Section Three, below:
A variation from Section 14.1001.B.4. of Article X of

shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto a~d incorporated
herein by this reference;
a parcel of real estate legally described as follows:

2TION THREE: The grant of the variation in Section Two, abOve, is subject
