Reading of the Minutes:
The minutes for the April 13, 2012 meeting were read by Secretary B. Peterson. Motion to approve by
W. Foehring, 2 nd by J. Malcolm
Treasure Report:
The board collected $67,109.87 to date this year. The current balance of the account is $238,926.00
Motion to approve by J .Miller, 2 nd by B. Peterson
Chairman Report:
W. Foehring will check with E. Mertes to find out his work status.
The board had a good year collecting this year. Thank you to E. Mertes for his efforts in picking up,
entering and forwarding the checks to Dave Erb.
W. Foehring states that while he did receive some questions this year about the mailings, it was greatly
reduced from previous years.

Mailing list was improved and updated this year from the office of insurance in Springfield.

Elections for the board will take place in December.
Nominations will start immediately and run for thirty days until November 18, 2012.
The following positions will be available, 1 Battalion Chief, 1 Lieutenant and 1 Non - Sworn.
A meeting will be set in January to install the new members.
