Call to Order 9:01 a.m.
Secretary's Report The Minutes from November 3, 2012 were e- mailed to members in advance. Motion to approve
the Minutes from November 3, 2012 was made by Christina Greco, seconded by Kathy Janonis. No discussion was
held, motion approved unanimously.
Citizens to Be Heard No comments were made.
Financial Report The Treasurer's Report was distributed by Mike Janonis. Discussion was held and the Treasurer's
Report was accepted as presented.
Do- It- yourself Sousa Deferred to future meeting.
Christkindlemart There were 18 vendors donating a total of $500. for their spots. After the tree lighting the room was
very congested. Suggestion for next year, have wood or paper ornaments for kids to decorate and add to the tree.
Also, contact Central Continental prior to the event regarding traffic and the possibility of working with the Lions Club on
donating more product for the day.
House Decorating Residents are beginning to submit addresses for consideration. Two that have been submitted are
606 N. Wille and 202 N. Emerson. The date for preliminary judging has been extended to December Stn
Celestial Celebration Marketing: 3" x 5" cards, letters, bus posters, easel signs and the cover on the newsletter.
Winners will be named this week, there were 52 nominations. Teresa VanOpdorp will order awards. The favor has been
completed and shown to members. There is a possibility of a "wine grab" which Tarina Wimmer explained. A 20 year
video will by compiled by Howard Kleinstein with the help of Janice Farley, Jill Friedrichs and Linda Hoefert.
