AN ORDINANCE AI~ENDING SCHEDULE VI OF THE
MOUNT.PROSPECT TRAFFIC CODE
NHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have determined that it is in the best interest of the residents of the Village of
~ount Prospect to prohibit parking at any time in the area specified below.
.~'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD 'OF TRUSTEE~
DF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Schedule VI of Article 20 of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the
Municipal Code of the Village of h{ount prospect be, and the same is hereby
~nended by adding to the present Schedule VI, under the column headed
i'Name of Street" the language "Edward Street" in its proper alphabtical sequence,
m~.d under the column headed "Side of Street" of said Schedule, the words
'East snd West" opposite to "Edward Street" as it appears in said Schedule, and
ruder the column headed "Description" of said Schedule, the language "Between
?rospect Avenue and Sba Bonee Trail", so that said addition shall hereafter be
md read as follows:
"Name of Street
Side of Street
D es cription
Edward Street
East and
Between Prospect Ave.
and Sha Bonee Trail"
~ECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
.ts passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
