AN ORDINANCE AMEN-DING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAIN-ED BY THE PRESIDENT ANrD BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECT/ON ONE: That SubseeMonA of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the
.,Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby
