RESOLUTION NO. 40 -12
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT
DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1501 and 1585 WEST DEMPSTER STREET MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, DDG Myers Place LP ( "Petitioner ") has requested approval of a Plat of Easement
Dedication for the property located at 1501 and 1585 West Dempster Street, Mount Prospect,
Illinois commonly known as Plaza United - Myers Place /Culver's ( "Property "); and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner is seeking to dedicate an easement to the Village of Mount Prospect for
water main purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement Dedication, dedicates the new water main easement for Parcel
One in Plaza United (Myers Place) and Parcel Two (2) in Plaza United (Culver's) of the "Property" as
legally described in the Plat of Water Main Easement attached as Exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the dedication of the new water main easement for Parcel One (1) and the
Parcel Two (2) Exhibit "A" and Mortgagee's Consent to record Plaza United — Myers Place /Culver's
Plat of Water Main Easement Dedication is hereby approved for appropriate execution and
recording. Such Plat, its legal description and Mortgagee's consent are incorporated into and made
part of this resolution.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Juracek, Korn, Matuszak, Polit, Zadel
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
