RDINANCE NO. 3197
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAG~ CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the
Village Code of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby amended, to
delete therefrom one (1) Class "W" liquor license; and to create one (1)
Class "G" liquor license; so that hereafter said Section 13.107.A shall
be and read as follows:
" Sec. 13.107. Number of Licenses
