HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 27-03 05/06/2003 ad 04/30/03 RESOLUTION NO. 27-03 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF DEDICATION AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1800 WEST CENTRAL ROAD WHEREAS, the Petitioner, the Village of Mount Prospect, has, has requested approval of a Plat of Dedication for property located at 1800 West Central Road; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Dedication provides a right-of-way along Arthur Road and the necessary easements for public utilities; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the dedication for the right-of-way of property is hereby granted for the property at 1800 West Central Road, and the Plat of Dedication attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description, attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "B," are incorporated into and made a part of this Resolution. SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
