AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13
of the Village Code of the Village of Mount Prospect, be and
the same is hereby further amended by increasing the number
of Class "R" liquor licenses from Thirteen (13) to Fourteen
(14); so that hereafter said subsection A of Section 13.107
shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses
Five (5) Class
Three (3) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class G
Two (2) Class L
One (1) Class M
One (1) Class P
Fourteen (14) Class R
Nineteen (19) Class S

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
