OLD BUSINESS A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1002 MEADOW LANE This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for the construction of a circular drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-2 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 904 EDGEWOOD LANE This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for the construction of a circular drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-2 (Exhibit A) (Exhibit B) Xl. NEW BUSINESS XlI. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT Bid Results: 1. *Rubber tired backhoe loader replacement (not to exceed $72,500) 2. *Rubber tired articulating wheel loader replacement (not to exceed $88,900) *Request for Board approval to purchase the following amendments to the Village's current property and casualty insurance: 1. Liability insurance from Marsh USA, with a premium of $36,744 for an additional $1,000,000 of coverage. 2. Paramedic/EMT liability from Arthur J. Gallagher with a premium of $1,432 for an Additional $1,000,000 of coverage. Request to waive bid process and purchase a fire engine through the Northwest Municipal Conference (Global Emergency Vehicles, Wonder Lake; in an amount not to exceed $312,182) Request to waive bid process and purchase one (1) dump truck replacement through state bid (not to exceed $45,950) Request to waive bid process and purchase one (1) passenger van replacement through state bid (not to exceed $19,900) *Accept proposal for 2003 Resurfacing Material Testing Services from Material Testing Laboratories in an amount not to exceed $93,000 Status Report Xlll.
