A 301Z-82- li/ll/ ORDINANCE NO. 3287 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP (NUMBER 44-S) WITH RESPECT TO ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE i-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, pursuant to an Annexation Agreement approved and adopted by this Village, the Central National Bank Of Chicago, as trustee under a Trust Agreement dated May 18, 1977 and known as Trust No. 22461, and Arrow Road Construction Company, beneficiary of said Trust, have. made application to rezone certain property owned by the trustee, commonly known as 3401 South Busse Road, in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property"), from its present zoning classification in the R-X Single Family Residence District, to the I-1 Light Industrial District, as provided in Article VII of Chapter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: That part of.the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23~ Township 41 Nort Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as ~ollo~[s: Comme~clng at a point on the West line of Section 23 in said Township and Range, that is 1242.6 feet. North of.the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along said West line of Section 23~ 228.1 feet; thence East along a line that is 1470.' feet North of and parallel with the South line of said Section 23, a distance of 586.91 feet;"~hence South on a line that is 2051.50 feet Wes~ of and parall~ with the East line of said Southwes~.l/4 a distance of 800 feet; thence West on a line that is 670.7 feet.North of and parallel with said South line Section 23, a distance of 24.55 feet; thence Northwesterly ~91.6 feet along a llne %;hich makes a left deflection of 133 ~egrees 45 minutes 00 seconds with the last described course ~he point of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois, and lying West of a line parallel with and distant 76 feet Eas~ Of ~est line of Section 23, all in Cook County, Illinois. WHEP~EAS, a public hearing was held on said rez0ning application (designated as Case NO. ZBA-30-Z-82) before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect, 9n the second day of SePtember, 1982, pursuant to proper publication of due notice thereof in the Mount Prospect Herald on August 16, 1982; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has forwarded its [inding and recommendation to the Board of Trustees of the ~illage that the requested rezoning be approved, and the '~ President and Board of Trustees have considered said appli- cation and the' finding and recommendation of the Zoning oard of Appeals pertaining thereto, and have determined lhat the best interests of the village of Mount Prospect 0uld be obtaine~ by the adoption of the necessary Ordinance o accomplish said rezoning. 30-Z-82 ' 11/11/82 NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T 0RDA%~D By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, CoOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: The recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporatec herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees 9f the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The Zoning Map (No. 44-S) pertaining to Chapter 14 entitled "Zoning" of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying from the R-X Single Family Residence District to the I-1 Light Industrial District, the following described property: That part of.the'Southwest 1/4 of Section 23r Township 41 Nor~ Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of Section 23 in said Township and Range, that is 1242.6 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along said West line o2 Section 23, 228.1 feet; thence East alon~ a llne that is 1470. feet North of and parallel with the Sout~ line of said SectioI 23, a distance of 586.91 feet; thence South on a line that is 2051.50 feet West of and parallel with the East line of said Southwest 1/4 a distance of 800 feet; thence West on a line that is 670.7 feet North of and parallel with said South l~ne Section 23, a distance of 24.55 feet; thence Northwesterly 791.6 feet along a line which makes a left deflection of 133 ~egrees 45 minutes 00 seconds with the last described course ~he point of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois, and lying West of a line parallel with and distant 76 fee% East of West line of Section 23, all in Cook County, Illinois.
