ORDINANCE NO. 5318
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2002 of "Schedule II-Prohibited Turns" of Chapter 18 of the
Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting thereto in
proper alphabetical sequence the following, so that hereafter said Section 18.2002 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect shall include the following:
"Name Of Direction of Prohibited
Street Traffic Movement Turn
Dempster St. Eastbound Left
Dempster St. West bound Right
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2002 of "Schedule
Into (Name of Street)
Redwood Ave (4 p.m. to 6 p.m. only)
Redwood Ave (4 p.m. to 6 p.m. only)"
I-Prohibited Turns" of Chapter 18 of the
Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto in
proper alphabetical sequence the following, so that hereafter said Section 18.2002 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect shall include the following
"Name Of Direction of Prohibited
Street Traffic Movement Turn
Dempster St.
Into (Name of Street)
Dempster St.
Eastbound Left Redwood Ave
West bound Right F~edwood Ave"
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
