This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for the construction of a
drive-thru bank and an additional free standing sign. The Planning and Zoning
Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Chapter 14 of the Village Code to eliminate conflicts
regarding outdoor dining restrictions. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES
SET FORTH IN APPENDIXA, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Appendix A, Division II, by increasing the water
and sewer rates.

This ordinance removes the No Parking lOpm-6am signs along Windsor

Drive to Wilshire Drive, and Highland Avenue from Rand Road to Wilshire Drive.
The Safety Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0.
