2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 915 SOUTH OWEN STREET
This ordinance grants a variation to allow a 768 square foot garage to encroach
within a five-foot (5') interior side yard. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0.

guaranteed maximum price for the demolition and general conditions for the
Senior Center at 50 S. Emerson Street and the medical office building at
12 E. Busse Avenue.
