ORDINANCE NO. 3420
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 of
Chapter 13 entitled "Number of Licenses", as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by increasing the
number of Class "R" liquor licenses by One (1) from
Sixteen (16) to Seventeen (17) and by decreasing the
of Class "A" liquor licenses by One (1) from
Five (5) to Four (4); so that said Section 13.107.A. of
Chapter 13 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
