AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1103 LINCOLN AVENUE
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT~ ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Larry McKone of McKone Builders, Inc. has filed an
lication for variation with respect to residence property
~only known as 1103 Lincoln Avenue in the Village of Mount
)spect, Illinois (the "Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Subject PropertY is described as follows:
Lot 1 in McKone's Resubdivision of Lots 9 and 10 in
Northwest Hills Country Club, in the Subdivision of
part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
together with the East 1/2 of the vacated street lying
West of the adjoining Lot 10 aforesaid, all in Cook
County, Illinois.
WHEREAS, Petitioner seeks the following variations from
~visions of Chapter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect,
linois, to allow for the construction of a circular or dual
sntage driveway on the subject property rather than a single
sntage driveway as provided in Section 14.116.A of Article I of
id Chapter 14.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the variation requests
~signated as Case No. ZBA-32-V-84) before the Zoning Board of
seals of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 9th day of August,
~4, pursuant to due and proper notice thereof published in the
~nt Prospect Herald on the 24th day of July, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has submitted its findings
~ recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees of the
Llage of MoUnt Prospect to allow the requested varlation and the
~Sident and BOard of Trustees of said Village have given further
~sideration to the variation request and have determined that the
ne satisfy the standards set forth in Section 14.605 of Article VI
Chapter 14 of the Village Code, and this Board further finds that
would be in the best interest of the Village to grant the request
variation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
'STEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS
~LOWS:
SECTION ONE: The recitals set forth hereinabove are
orporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Villag~
Mount Prospect hereby grant to the Subject Property the variatior
~uested with respect to Section 14.116.A of Article I of Chapter
of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois to allow
~struction of a circular or dual frontage driveway on the Subject

SECTION THREE: Except for the variations granted herein, all
