AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WITH RESPECT TO ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of an Ordinance to annex
~rtain property herein after described, passed and approved by thi
~llage on the day of , 1984 said property
~ereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property") was zoned and
.assified in the R-X Single Family Residence District, as provided~
Section 14.110.A.1 of Article I of Chapter 14 of the Village Cod~
Mount Prospect, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, Donald Craig of 1300 South Hickory, Arlington the
bject Property owned by him, to the R-1 Single Family Residence
.strict; said Property being legally described as follows:
Lincoln Circle Subdivision, being a Subdivision
of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10
(except the East 300 feet thereof), Township 41
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, a Public hearing was held on said rezoning application
esignated as case No. ZBA-24-Z-84) before the Zoning Board of
Peals of the Village of Mount Prospect, on the 28th day of June,
84, pursuant to proper publication of due notice thereof in the
unt Prospect Herald on June 8, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has forwarded its finding
a recommendation to the Board of Trustees of the Village that the
r 'uested rezoning be approved, upon annexation of the subject
ploperty to the Village, and the President and Board of Trustees
h~ ve considered said application and the finding and recommendation
oJ the Zoning Board of Appeals pertaining thereto, and have
d~ termined that the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect
w(uld be obtained by the adoption of the necessary Ordinance to
accomplish said rezoning.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
USTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: The recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated
ht ~ein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of
ti Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION 2: The Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 14
el :itled "Zoning" of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
a! amended) is hereby further amended by reclassifing from the R-X
S~ ~gle Family Residence District to the R-1 Single Family Residence
D~ ~trict, the following described property:
Lincoln Circle Subdivision, being a Subdivision
of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10
(except the East 300 feet thereof), Township 41
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
