HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 3518 05/21/1985 RDINANCE NO. 351 ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTI©N ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village Code of Mount Prosepct, as amended, by and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the number of Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1) (Old Carriage House Restaurant); so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows: " Section 13.107. Number of Licenses: Four (4) Class Two (2) Class Nine (9) Class Two (2) Class One (1) Class One (1) Class One (1) Class One (1) Class One (1) Class Seventeen (17) Class Seventeen (17) Class One (1) Class Six (6) Class A Licenses B Licenses C Licenses D License E L~cense F License G License M License P License R Licenses S Licenses V License W Licenses SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and pUbliCation in pamphlet form in the manner pr0vided by law.
