RDINANCE NO. 3543
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13
of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by increasing the number of
Class "E" liquor licenses by one (1) (Bristol Court Banquet Hall);
so~that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of
Chapter 12 shall be and read as follows:
"'Section 1'3.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (4) Class
Two (2) - Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Seventeen (17) Class
Seventeen (17) ~Class

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
