HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 35-12 09/04/2012 Approving a Plat of Easement Granting a Cross Access and Parking Easement at 701-705 Wheeling RoadRESOLUTION NO. 35 -12 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANTING A CROSS ACCESS AND PARKING EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 701 -705 WHEELING ROAD AND 601 EAST KENSINGTON ROAD MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, Nicholas E. Pappanicholas ( "Petitioner ") has requested approval of a Plat of Easement Granting a Cross Access and Parking Easement forthe property located at 701 -705 Wheeling Road and 601 East Kensington Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement establishes a cross access agreement that ensures shared parking for the unsecured parking spaces and access to all driveways; and. WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement was prepared to meet a condition of approval of the Planned Unit Development located at the Subject Property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the Plat of Easement establishes a cross access agreement that ensures shared parking for the unsecured parking spaces and access to all driveways for property located at 701 -705 Wheeling Road and 601 East Kensington Road attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution. SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
