All items listed with an asterisk are considered routine by the Village Board and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a
Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will
be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.

A. Safety Commission recommendations:
1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance approves No Parking Any Time restrictions on the east
and west sides of Cathy Lane, for the first 500' north of Central Road.
The Safety Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 8-0.
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance approves the replacement of No Parking restrictions
on the east side of Wille Street between Central Road and Thayer Street
with 2-hour Parking restrictions. The Safety Commission has recommended
approval by a vote of 8-0.

VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. *Bid results: 1. One front-dump three-wheel street sweeping machine
2. One rubber-tired backhoe loader
*Request for Board approval to accept fuel bid as part of the Northwest
Municipal Conference bid program.
*Ratify execution of lease agreement for dictaphone recording system by
Mount Prospect Police Department.

the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
