AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter
l~'of th~ Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the number of
Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1) (Honey Bee) and by
decreasing the number of Class "S" liquor licenses by one (1)
(Sally's) ; so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section
13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (4) Class
Two (2) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
Two (2) Class E
One (1) Class F
One (1) Class G
One (1) Class M
One (1) Class P
Sixteen (16) Class R
Fifteen (15) Class S

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
