PZ- 32 -11, 1108 North Elmhurst Road, Linda Davis 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR (Exhibit A) PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1108 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance grants variations for floor area and lot coverage for property located at 1108 North Elmhurst Road. The Planning and Zoning Committee recommended by a vote of 6 -0 to deny the request ; adoption of the ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. B 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES SET (Exhibit B) FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance increases water and sewer rates effective for bills rendered on or after May 1, 2012. NEW BUSINESS A. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5838 GRANTING (Exhibit C) A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1703 KENSINGTON ROAD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5838 by extending the effective date for the Conditional Use permit for one (1) additional year. B. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE (Exhibit D) VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT REGARDING VICIOUS ANIMALS This ordinance amends Section 20.207, "Vicious Animals," of Article 11, Dogs and Cats of Chapter 20 of the Village Code. C. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 AND APPENDIX A (Exhibit E) OF THE VILLAGE CODE REGARDING PUBLIC PASSENGER VEHICLES (TAXICABS AND LIVERY) This ordinance amends Article I, Article XI, Article XXXIV of Chapter II and Appendix A, Division I I I of Chapter 11, "Merchants, Businesses, Occupations and Amusements" regarding taxicabs and livery. D. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 "MERCHANTS, (Exhibit F) BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND AMUSEMENTS' OF THE VILLAGE CODE REGARDING SOLICITATION This ordinance amends Article I and Article XXVIII of Chapter 11 and Appendix A, Division I of the Village Code regarding door to door solicitation. E. 1S reading OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN (Exhibit G) PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance ratifies the actions of the Village Manager in his approval of the sale of a street sweeper authorized for sale pursuant to Ordinance No. 5817, September 21, 2010. Request motion for approval of the final written order in the matter of the hearing on the appeal of Crystal Health Spa, located at 1735 Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois from the Order of Revocation dated December 14, 2011. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for the 2012 Street Resurfacing Program in an amount not to exceed $2,084,711.59 B.
