A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT VACATION
AND PLAT OF EASEMENT DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
852 FEEHANVILLE DRIVE MOUNT PROSPECT ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Cummins - Allison Corporation ( "Petitioner ") has requested approval of a Plat of
Easement Vacation and Plat of Easement Dedication for the property located at 852 Feehanville
Drive, Mount Prospect, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner is seeking to relocate the recreational easement and path for the
installation of a fence in the front, side and rear yards of the Property.
WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement Vacation, vacates the existing twenty -five (25) foot wide
recreation easement that runs along the east half of the detention pond; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement Dedication, dedicates a twenty -five (25) foot wide recreation
easement along the east and south property lines; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the vacation of the existing twenty -five (25') foot wide recreation easement
running along the east half of the detention pond located at 852 Feehanville Drive and the Plat of
Easement Vacation attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and
recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution.
SECTION TWO: That the dedication of a twenty -five (25) foot wide recreation easement along the
east and south property lines of the property located at 852 Feehanville Drive and the Plat of
Easement Dedication attached as Exhibit "B" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and
recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Juracek, Korn, Matuszak, Polit, Zadel
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
PASSED and APPROVED this 20th day of December, 2011.
