1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS
1080 SOUTH ELMHURST ROAD
This Ordinance grants a Conditional Use to allow the
existing bank, located within the Golf Plaza II parking lot,
to expand the drive-up area. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit)
C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ARTICLE XlV
OF CHAPTER 5 TO CREATE A YOUTH COMMISSION (Exhibit B)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. Recommendation from the Safety Commission:
A request was received from representatives of Fairview
Elementary School to establish the following traffic regulations:
a. prohibit parking on the east and west
sides of Forest Avenue between Isabella
and Thayer;
b. prohibit parking on the south side of Isabella
between Fairview and Oak; and
c. prohibit parking on the north side of Isabella
between the driveways of Fairview School
The Safety Commission recommends...
