A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit B)
This annual agreement, required by Court Order, authorizes the Village
to provide emergency services to those portions of unincorporated
Cook County located within the Forest River Fire Protection District.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2020 CAMP MCDONALD ROAD (Exhibit C)
This ordinance grants variations for a side yard setback, lot coverage,
parking lot design, and for the number of parking spaces. The Planning
and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0.
C. PUBLIC HEARING
This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published
in the Daily Herald on November 26, 2004, is for the purpose of presenting the
proposed property tax levy for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2004 and
ending December 31, 2004.
