A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF
EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDGAR AND ALBINA AUKAMP
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
(ST. JOHN'S SEWER MAIN)
WHEREAS, Edgar and Albina Aukamp (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantors") are the owners of property commonly known as 1022
Linnemann Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois and as owners of the
subject property, have agreed to grant an easement to the Village
of Mount Prospect (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"); and
WHEREAS, Grantors hereby grant an easement to Grantee for the
purpose of the installation, operation, maintenance, relocation,
renewal or removal of underground sewer and its appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, the property being the subject of this Grant of Easement
is legally described on the Plat of Easement, being Exhibit "Ail
to the Grant of Easement, attached hereto and hereby made a part
hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the
Clerk directed to attest her signature on the Grant of Easement
between Edgar and Albina Aukamp attached hereto and he~eby made a
part hereof.
SECTION TWO: That a certified copy of this Resolution and Grant
of Easement shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds or registered with the Registrar of Titles, whichever is
applicable.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.

GRANT OF EASEMENT
Grant of Easement made and entered into this ..:5 ó é;{ day of

hlS wife, of 1022 Linneman Road, Mt. Prospect, Illinois ("Grantor")
and The Village of Mt. Prospect, a municipality ("Grantee").
Grantors covenant and affirm that they are the owners of
the following described property in the Village of Mt. Prospect.
Parcell: A part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
14, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at a point 788.95 feet East and 393.68 feet North
of thé Southwest corner of said Northeast 1/4 thence
running North parallel to the West line 126.46 feet
thence running West parallel to the South line
172.23 feet thence running South parallel to the- -
West line 126.46 feet thence running East parallel
to the South line 172.23 feet to the place of
beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.
Parcel 2: The Westerly half more or less of
Linneman Road as occupied adjacent to Parcell.
Grantors hereby grant an easement to the Village of Mt.
Prospect, Illinois, a municipality, its successors and assigns
over, under, across and upon the above described property as
shown on the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein.
The purpose of said easement shall be only for a storm
sewer easement for the installation, operation, maintenance,
relocati~n, renewal or removal of underground storm sewer and
its appurtenances.
No buildings or other structures shall be
constructed over the easement area without the written consent
of the Grantee.
The grade of the easement area shall not be
altered in any manner to interfere with the operation and main-
tenance of the storm sewer.
Grantee agrees that, after any maintenance work is per-
formed on any part of the storm sewer lying within the above
described parcel, Grantee will restore the surface of the property
affected by such work to its previous condition.
