OLD BUSINESS
A. *2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23,
ARTICLE XVI (OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS)
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VIILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Chapter 23 to permit buildings undergoing a condominium
conversion to install sprinklers in accordance with NFPA 13R Standard for the
Installations of Sprinkler Systems in Residential Occupancies.

A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4
(APPOINTIVE VILLAGE OFFICERS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance allows the Village Manager and the Village Board
additional options for soliciting and approving bids.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 (OFFENSES
AND MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance establishes additional guidelines for organizations that
solicit within the Village.

* A RESOLUTION FOR MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
This resolution appropriates $1,041,500.00 from Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
maintenance of streets and highways from January 1-December 31,2005.
